StartBox Quick Start Guide / User Setup

Prior to getting started, send a request for a user account using this page.

Initial Use

After receiving an email confirmation that the user account is set up, follow the steps below.

If using personal device…
- Download the StartBox mobile app from the App Store
- Open app, accept all requests (e.g. camera, microphone, notifications, Face ID, etc.)
Set/Reset Password
- Open StartBox app, click “Forgot Password”
- Enter your email and desired password
- Organization code (this will be provided after user account is confirmed)
- Submit
- Check your email, click reset password
Sign in
- Open StartBox app, Sign In (organization code; you won’t have to remember this again).
- Enter PIN (this will make it easier after the first sign in of the day; the PIN will reset every morning).
Review training:
- Navigate to the account tab (bottom right) / Training.
